Also, my desire for embracing being a Health care Support worker is for the satisfaction derived from affecting people's life. The passion and emotional support for caring for patients is something I grew up with as a child shadowing my mum, aunt and elder sister. It's evident that I have something to give out; thus, I fancy this role as a HSW in this industry. I have built that strong relationship with patients and nurses from my years of working in hospitals, nursing homes etc as a healthcare assistant. It's my goal to put patients first in everything I do, giving them a sense of belonging. I value patients, their families, and staff.
