 B31 5dd 188763 Hello to the loved ones and their families. I am Razan I have been a carer for 2 years and a half in the community and in the NHS. I am very compassionate and empathetic individual, I enjoy building the individual's confidence and independence by encouraging physical/mental and spiritual wellbeing. I provide care in a dignified way and always aim to work in way that respect the individualistic needs of each case. Upon each visit I ensure I communicate with the individual accordingly and their families or guardians to understand and asses the needs and based on that I will tailor the care and communication style to best fit. I am happy to provide bathroom assitance to females only when required.
