My job is to assist and protect service users from harm or danger, support service users to live their life independently, assisting them to take their medication, attend appointments, outings, medication monitoring and ordering, promoting and administering etc. Monitoring service user's health issues and reporting any issues to my line manager. Sharing information and keeping their information confidential. Working with care team to achieve goals eg Doctors, Nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists etc. Assisting service users to prepare their meals, consume and fluids intake monitoring and promoting.
