I am a wife, a mother, a pet owner and a great carer. I have worked in the care sector on and off for the past 10 years. I care for individuals that have/had dementia, Parkinson's, are on the autism spectrum, or have a chromosome disorder. I have done both live-in care as well as hourly/daily care. As a carer I can cook a nutritious meal, provide companionship, do housework (the lighter the better!), complete administrative tasks, assist with personal care and dressing/grooming, and, of course, care for your pets. I believe that everyone should have the care they want, and I work with my clients to meet their needs as best we can. Gayle was an absolute professional when she did a sleep over with my mum. It was the weekend of the severe rain/floods and we ended up with a leak where my mum sleeps. Gayle took charge and dealt with the situation in a calm and caring way. I was out of the country but after speaking with Gayle I truly felt that mum (who is very anxious and has Alzheimer’s) was in completely safe hands. Mum told me when I got home how lovely she thought Gayle was.

I have used Gayle for a few months now, my mother can often be quite awkward. She has proved up to the challenge and is in her good books, She is pretty flexible and very good at communicating anything she feels needs resolving in a pragmatic way. I would recommend her to everyone, Se is caring for a person with progressive dementia/Alzheimer.
